We started by meeting with their leaders and subject matter experts to understand their end-to-end proposition. Through collaborative workshops, we explored how their services connect, what genuine challenges they solve, and why Right Management delivers differently than competitors. Our process involved concept development, iteration, collaboration, and refinement—always ensuring we captured the power of their proposition, in their authentic voice.
The result was ‘Change Made Human’
A campaign that puts Right Management's people-first approach at the centre of everything.
We created:
- A distinct visual identity – bold enough to stand out confidently in the marketplace, but grounded in the Right Management brand.
- A clear narrative and messaging, showing how their services connect to solve real challenges.
- A wide range of sales materials for social channels, prospect conversations, and client meetings.
The campaign was implemented across multiple touchpoints, all reinforcing one clear idea: Right Management doesn’t just manage change, they humanise it.
And we didn’t stop there.
We delivered an interactive training day with Sales and Consulting teams to unveil the new proposition and messaging. Through real-world scenarios and "real-play" exercises, we helped teams understand not just what the message was, but how to use it.
